Some souls simply don't settle. If yours hasn't, here is how to send them back.
Your 14 day right to cancel
If you bought at a distance (by WhatsApp, email or message), you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your soul, without giving a reason. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
How to cancel
Tell us within those 14 days by WhatsApp or by email to hello@darkhistoryuk.co.uk. Then return the soul, in its box, within 14 days of telling us.
Return postage
You pay the cost of sending the soul back, unless it arrived faulty or damaged.
Refunds
We refund the full price, including any standard delivery you paid, within 14 days of receiving the soul back. Refunds go back the same way you paid.
Faulty or damaged
If your soul arrives broken, tell us straight away with a photo. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. See our terms of sale.
